OETT/OK-ACTS 2009 Phase II Grant Application Videoconference
To assist Phase I administrators and school teams who are interested in applying for 2008 OETT/OK-ACTS, a videoconference will be held early in 2009. You you will be able to attend the videoconference from any of the listed regional locations. OETT and OK-ACTS staff members will review the application, provide helpful hints and answer questions about the grant application process. We recommend that you bring a copy of the grant application with you to the videoconference. Online applications are below.

Grant Application Instructions
The OETT / OK-ACTS Phase II Grant Application is available to download as a Microsoft Word document or Adobe Acrobat document..
Microsoft Word Version:
Microsoft Word versions 97-2007, and 2004 or v.X for the Mac are supported. For most users, this is the best option.
Microsoft Word Version of 2008 Grant Application
Adobe PDF Version:
The PDF version requires Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional version 5 or greater.*
Adobe PDF Version of 2008 Grant Application
*Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional version 5 or greater is required to fill and save out the PDF version of the form. The free Adobe Acrobat Reader cannot save the file.
Downloading the grant application:
To download the grant application, complete the following steps:
- Right-Click on the link to the file that is the best format for you.
- Click the "Save" button when prompted to Open or Save the document. The application will be saved by default to either your Desktop or the "My Documents" folder on your computer. (Clicking directly on the link in Internet Explorer may cause a password prompt in Microsoft Word. Just chose "cancel" to proceed with opening the document.)
The following procedures will assist you in completing the application:
- Remove Caps Lock.
- Fill in each blank beginning in the shaded box, then tab to the next form field.
- Many of the form fields have been created to limit the characterization space. You may not exceed the number of characters allowed within the field. Names may be abbreviated as needed.
- When referring to page numbers, use the numbers in the lower right hand corner of the grant application pages.
- Be sure to save before you close the application.
Dates and Deadlines: to be announced
- Notice of intent to apply: March 3, 2008
- Grant writing teleconference: March 5, 2008, from 10 A.M. - 12 P.M.
- Grant applications are due: April 28, 2008
Submitting the grant application:
To file your grant application, you will need to:
- save the file
- print the file (original)
- burn the file to CD or copy on a flash drive
- obtain the appropriate signatures
- make 5 photocopies
Submit the 6 copies (1 original and 5 photocopies) and send the file on CD or flash drive to:
